Hello CRC board, just keeping you all updated. well we have finished moving into our two month furnished vacation rental here in phoenix. aka our (baptism by fire) lol! it was 115 degrees on sunday when we unloaded the semi, and our driver wouldnt even look at the storage companies easy access to our unit so we hade to unload onto a golf card and drive two buildings away to unload! thankfully the owner and his wife were superb people and he helped us the whole 4 hrs by driving the cart and also with the loading and unloading. Thank you Jesus! semis have pulled in there several times but the driver for broadway express said if he damaged anything he would be liable. it looked like a clear shot to me but thats ok. the heat was suprisingly bearable until i got up high in that semi to unload, after 4 hrs of that i began to get pretty beat and i took a breather and then finished loading the last of the boxes into the unit. we actually arrived friday afternoon and the heat didn't feel that bad even though it has been record highs for this time of year.i guess you get aclimated and it gets better after a couple years. which has to be true cause i see
people eating outside with jeans and a t-shirt with another shirt over that! i cant begin to tell you all how blessed this move was. its absalutely unreal how Gods hand was there in what could have been an extremely stressful situation. i can see why they say moveing can be a big stress on a marriage. my wife has found a great job allready and im taking a few days to rest after all the hard work, but leads are just falling into my lap! even when i was working in rockford i talked to a customer about moving and it turned out his son owns a business down here and is looking for help! im so thankful right now cause i know things do not go this well normally. i want to thank you guys for your prayers, they have not gone unfruitful! i think its cool there are hummingbirds outside my balcony, which is more rare in southern wisconsin/northern illinois than here. i actually sat down two feet away as one was resting on a bench beside a fountain i dont know if it was a baby or what but its eyes were shut and it let me pet it before it flew into the trees! well thats it for now.
