BTW a friend still in the biz said if you had a series 7 licence and posted that, it would have been considered a solicitation. That's why I like being part of "johnny retail" I have some freedom of speech back.

BTW, life as a broker sucked after the passage of the Investment advisor act.... I wrote policy around it, so sucks "IF" you follow the new rules...
