Why the low trading volume? My guess is because the float is 95% + locked up with patient long investors who have done there DD. They know there are multiple irons are in the fire and they are mostly content with their present positions. Some are still adding slowly, hence the low volume. These deals are huge and do not happen quickly. The company is actively pursuing its interests on multiple fronts. Having done extensive DD, you have to clearly understand that Rome was not built in a day. This company has come such a long way in the last year and we are on the verge of making huge progress. Sorry it isn't happening fast enough for some of the personal time frames here, but for the vast majority of the longs on this board who have done their DD and understand the complexity of what the company is undertaking - we are moving along just fine. One thing is for sure, when a major contract is announced, because the float is so tightly locked up, the ask price will jump significantly and the financial reward to patient investors here will be life changing!
