Cascade owns Nano Tech West. Nano Tech West is the distributor for Nano Zentrum Berlin in the Western hemisphere, specifically Canada for the moment. From a recent company update or PR, it looks like they are selling licensing agreements in territories to be exclusive distributors and seems as if multiple parties are interested in the Alberta territory.
So it may seem like we have multiple subsidiaries down the road, but CSCE's only sub is Nano Tech West leaving the door open for more acquisitions. Nano Tech West will be licensing out various territories to different distributors. On Aurora Geosciences homepage, it says " has an exclusive license agreement with Nano Tech West Inc…. AG has formed a subsidiary company named Nano North Ltd…"
I don't know why CSCE shareholders are being treated like pre-schoolers. CSCE trades in the US on the OTC. What difference does it make in BC if a PR is issued on the OTC?
