why arent there any buildings going up

surely you dont spend this kind of time on a SPECULATIVE grow site….

surely you dont plan to grow on a site that cant have water economically available

surely a professional group like INCC has placed ALL THE WEIGHT of the PPS on great research and solid plans

then why do the plans for Edens Garden fit ANOTHER (stock promo play) grow groups plans…Colorado Flower


IF THE ABOVE IS SO set in stone………..WHY ISNT the $3M in capital being used???????
