Unfortunately nobody knows when it will be out.

A less than responsible person picked this institution to perform the audit and it's apparent they should be released from their obligations once this 10Q is completed and released. If they remain as the auditor it will say a lot for the existing management.

They don't have control over the release but they sure in the heck control who they pick as the "responsible auditor".
