My guess is that Asher and the other outfit has a lot of the 200 million shares the company gifted them with....well not gifted but close. I don't know how much they are holding now If any but I'm guessing they have been selling into the volumes of the asset deal. That is why I said why would management give them so many shares for so little... then put a PR that allows them ASHER to unload.
