What's really intresting about the PR that caught my attention

is the part where they said without the funding DKGR will not proceed.

In the Old day's everything released was like everything was rosy going forward, never seen anything like we would not proceed if XY&Z . It use to be like everything was already a done deal.

This is diffrent, it seems to have changed, also in the old days it was we are going to generate revenue, now they report revenue that they have generated,

Big change.
