I would think the company would put out a pr on Monday telling us of the start of the commercial with the media schedule also so we as investors can watch it. I wouldn't expect primetime stuff yet but who knows. Hopefully he will discuss the terms of the financing and how much it was for. Then we can see if it was done with shares or not but I would think once the money comes rolling in the financing can be paid off without using any shares. That would be a win win situation and get our name out there.
