Oversee operations ? How so ? They are merely a "Staffing Company" ? Yet now are overseeing operations of other businesses?? Have they bought these entities out/own them ? Only then would they assume control/oversight a how a business functions/operates on a daily basis. Seems as though ? Just the facts please.
If they are overseeing operations, and have placed all these employees (as was posted), where is the revenue ? Did this occur POOF overnight ? Invoices = Revenue

I'll also say again the "Parent" Tomichi Creek Outfitters no longer has a functional web site. It automatically flips/refers to Grasshopper's site, like it were the "Parent" and not Tomichi. I,in 30+ years in the industry have never seen this occur. What is being hidden here ? There are no filings for a reverse to have Grasshopper assume control, nor a name change ? Why ? Don't speculate and say perhaps it's coming.
