The scam began when HydroFlo (Solarbrook) teamed up with EYI Industries and both claimed a multi-million dollar contract with a Chinese company to sell arsenic removal water pitchers in China. Eventually, the SEC moved in and hit HydroFlo with 14-charges of phony PRs. The deal didn't collapse - it never was. (And, yes, Honest George was a party to the scam.) EYI Industries (EYII) had its corporate status revoked by the SEC less than a month ago. Not that it matters, just like with Solarbrook, the rats long since deserted the ship. SLRW is next.
