Perhaps those higher target prices were prior to the 1:1 stock dividend issued late December 2014, which effectively doubled the amount the shares and halved the price per share (which would also halve any pre-dividend target prices, legitimate or otherwise).

For myself, I will be happy with $10 this year or next and anything else will be gravy. Not that I doubt MARA stock could reach much higher levels, I'm just keeping my expectations in check.

Also, regarding the current trial (Schrader v Bridgestone), flyersdh tweeted 20 minutes ago:

"Did closing arguments and jury now has the case. No new notes at this point."
