So then why go through GRLF at all? They have no money, no assets, and lots of debt. Why don't Mike Shea just do it on his own, why does he need GRLF at all for this Maine deal?

Outside investors, outside growers, what does GRLF have to offer, that Shea can't just do without this "company"?
