Where are you looking for financial reports? They are readily available on the official exchange site:

http://www.cnsx.ca/CNSX/Securities/Diversified-Industries/Global-Hemp-Group-Inc.aspx

The company is current in all filings and has never been late as required by the CSE. The financials may not be pretty now, but the company is in the building stage, any company in the hemp or cannabis industry is a long term play, not a short term trade.
