Bob, I see today's announcement from TRCA as good news for
INSM. First of all it puts TRCA in a position to try to
rectify this lawsuit nonsense. Secondly it undermines the
legality of their suit simply because it acknowledges that
INSM has the superior drug. You can't very easily go into
a courtroom and say you have been disparaged, and slandered
by a competitor when you have released a press release that
states your product is inferior. I see this as things have
just gotten better, and TRCA has released a statement that
makes it a fact.
