There are "quiet periods", I understand that.

A 50% drop without a word is neglect, not a quiet period. If they want this stock to be popular, as we do, then THEY have to change their ways. If they have a deal pending with Addax then go ahead and do the whole quiet thing, but that does NOT mean they can't comment on the search warrant... a simple "without merit" statement will do. I'm use to MM's shaking loose hands out, but management itself orchestrating selloffs? This puppy is a weird one for sure.
