Contrary to the behavior of most sub penny stocks, NSAV actually has a credible long term business plan and an outstanding base infrastructure and is operating in the explosive marijuana industry.

The company acquired PyroTree, Inc., a software firm comprised of three business professionals that provides tracking and traceability software that incorporates the use of proprietary Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, along with customized website designs and a fully integrated "seed to sell" point of sale (POS) platform for the growers, distributors, collectives, vendors, retail establishments, and patients in the medicinal and recreational cannabis space in the States where it has been legalized.

Since the announcement of the acquisition, Pyrotree has hired two additional people to keep up with demand.

The CEO is working for no pay and has invested private funds into NSAV by making purchases of common shares on the open market.

Logic would tell you that a Reverse Split would be contradictory to that type of behavior, but if logic isn’t enough for you, here’s a Press Release stating that a Reverse Split is not part of the plan for the foreseeable future…

And for those who insist on posting anything concerning dilution, as a reminder, the shares are maxed out. No dilution at all is even possible.

A few weeks ago, the company flew the Pyrotree team into New York to meet with a consulting group (JJMJ Consulting) to discuss long term strategy, long term financing options and a strategy on how to refinance or pay off the debt and raise funds for operating capital.

Now with all of that being said, here we sit…today Thursday, 5/28/2015 with a stock trading between .0001 and .0003.

Revenues will be announced most likely in July. Debt, Long Term and Operational financing are all being discussed. Demand is strong for the Pyrotree products and that’s only within their small current existing market in California. Sweeping change happens in this industry almost daily now. We are a couple of years removed from all states at the very least agreeing to the use of medical marijuana and a decent percentage that will allow recreational use.
