I am have seen the Diluton and when I saw that OBV line go Flat I make my move~ You can only beat a dead horse so long before you quit fron personal exhaustion~ i think the Seller HAS to let LIBEcbreathe a bit bhere and THAT friend is the Technical window to which I view from for a trade~ I think in todays Worls 3bil is the Max I would ever wanna see~ that said its not 10 Billion :)
