Vince, you made the point that has bothered me since UTRM acquired the Auto Mall. We never heard how it was acquired. Since the company had no cash at that point......it appears that a massive amount of stock was issued to acquire the Auto Mall. There had to be some consideration given up; and we still have not heard the details of this transaction.
That's why hiring Auditors is great. We will finally get disclosure on this and other dealings.
