Buyout only is good for traders. Longs will get ripped off from a low ball offer. In the 5s even if they doubled we get a whopping $10 which is still under the $12 high this stock has seen. Shares in the other company could be nice depending who it would be. Buyout talks may bring attention and short term PPS spikes but IMO is hurtful long term compared to building what we have. JG Wentworth can keep his lump sum I want the maximum payout.
