Wait a minute buy back??

Raised the AS to 9 billion and dumped most of it now he wants to buy it back?

That's silly. Wayne is smart enough to buy back shares the old fashioned way he's always known.

Reverse split the stock that's the only way WAYNE will ever buy back stock.

That 40 grand on bid will be gone soon just as the 30 grand on the 2's was chewed up. This time however no coming back.
