It was true at the time and they did change course just as they stated for the reasons they stated. No conspiracy. Read every filing and the facts are presented. On top of which this is a startup that many times stated the risks to you in each document. But again good luck with the little hurdle called facts that are required by you for this case. Can't just make up a story and go get your money back.
