Somebody knows.

My guess is anticipation of receiving funding, in view of what news of the funding might do for the speculative share price. At this point, with a solid prototype and an eager market, funding remains the key missing ingredient. One outcome of funding we can count on is a rapid creation of a quantity of FPGA prototypes. These prototypes will go into the eager hands (and copper loops) of a number of potential customers/partners.
