Today was a revelation on how our two debt holders are keeping us down and I had a revelation how we can get rid of the debt holders, but I need legal advise. If Mile needs $90k to put this deal together why not do crowd funding.,

I will do the LLC or what ever it takes to purchase the building in Maine but need legal advice the way to proceed.
