You read a quote from the company that said that. No independent third source exists apparently. So the question stands, Why won't BAYP identify management?? Sorry...only one kind of Company operates that way.

Your story seems to be the best face that can be put on it. That the dad was a crook, founded this company, turned it over to the son, and the son is honest simply because he is not the one who was convicted.

Sorry...but that is the best face and it still screams SCAM!!!

Please come up with something better.
