No takeover...It’s Vringo’s business model to monetize patents through litigation. Neither Google nor ZTE can simply take Vringo over. Ain’t gonna happen. Takes two people to agree to a deal, and Vringo is not going to agree to commit suicide.

Besides, neither ZTE nor Google would agree reward a hated troll by paying the kind of money they would need to take out this particular, hated, “troll”.

And further, ZTE and Google fancy themselves as carrying the banner of the poor, oppressed, honest businesses who are being unjustly hounded by parasites like Vringo. Blah, blah, blah.

A buyout won’t, can’t, happen imo.
