One decides on their own terms. I personally like and own CPST - NASDAQ listed. Not an OTC PS stock, but still in my opinion a gamble due to a serious execution problem. For myself, I don't mind purchasing a couple thousand shares, but wouldn't own it in a retirement account.

I wouldn't have bought HHSE if I didn't believe it had a chance of price appreciation - again in my opinion, the higher the risk (gamble) the greater potential for reward.
