Per TA, the OS is approximately (within 1 million) 300million shares. He noted that there has been no change in the OS for awhile and that the company has not asked for a OS update for awhile. He assumes that the 275mil figure quoted by the CEO was most likely his best 'guest-imate.' Unfortunately, the TA (per their own policy) would not release restricted info.

In addition, he says they been getting alot of calls re EQBM but he had no idea why. I told him because it was a gold stock trading for a couple of pennies and they have some positive stuff going on. He replied, "Oh." Maybe he'll become a shareholder...lol
