1) OTC Upgrade already!! FACT!!

2) Twitter Silent (they said today would be possibly bigger than Friday). Anytime they fall silent, good things happen as they are prepping for some major announcement. We all know this. Usually they are tweeting relentlessly, and the last time this happened it shot up to 0093+.

3) PLN meeting today. FACT. This means they're either meeting to discuss discovery and what each party has, OR they reached an agreement/settlement for an amount of $$$$$$$$. Announcement has to be made at some point.
