And if you desire, I can explain to you later why you are incorrect. Actually, it comes from the fact that you are assuming, and trying to force Newco to be Collateral, when it is not.

Newco is a term described and defined separately from Collateral.

They are not the same thing. You see, their beginnings are in the loan documents.

And of course, the loan documents have to be precise...

BTW, CitiFX was small compared to FXCM, and nobody knows the terms of the deal...

But seriously, they did less than 1/10 of FXCM's monthly volume. Big deal, right?
