How is this even possible?

The numbers add up pretty well to me. 3$ EOW, 5$ EOY, 10$ when loan is repaid in full.

Are we finally agreed that the CFO spoke correctly when he said in plain English the rights given to LUK are in effect irregardless of loan repayment?

Loan repayment means absolutely nothing to the fundamentals here.

Argue with me all you wish but you cannot change that fact.
