I'm not sure if you have Etrade Pro market trader, but it shows more than level 2 on what's happening here. Just MM's moving shares back and forth. If there is a buy at the ask, you can see a TRADE, NOT A BUY OR A SELL, that pushes it right back down. This is being held here for some reason. IMO, it's pretty much MM games that are being played here.
