What do you make of this posted conversation with Randy from the HFBG board?

I spoke with Hudson today; I asked him this question: Is HFBG alive or dead? He said it's alive and will be in control by a private entity called Co-Resource Strategies, Inc. (I believe). They now control the shell (according to Hudson). Not too sure if it's related to this gold company. He said he and Grande wishes all future shareholders success. At the moment the name is still HFBG. jmo

HFBG was bought by ENTI, so it's an asset owned by shareholders, no? How did it get transferred out of ENTI and what compensation was there? And in who's pocket did it go into?
