Yes it does matter if they are OTC, because a ton of OTC stocks are just scams.....

they have all decayed because most all of them did the same thing, pumped up some MJ product offering heading into the new year, rode the wave of pot legalization gaining ground and then almost every single one of them has failed to deliver........

do you think if ERBB had lived up to statements and had thousands of machines in place that the stock would still be a half a penny? or if the jurassic water order had gone through.
