While possible, I don't think it's very likely at all. It's been walked down over the past few months despite good (relative term) news. I think this largely due to lack of investor confidence. The balance sheet is still in rough shape with the debt and cash flow but it is improving slowly. Like others have suggested, it's going to take some good news to send this back in the right direction. With Dan/Phil's management style, that news may not be until Q2 financials.
I think once the company can prove that their work has bore fruit, and improved the company outlook, PPS will increase again naturally without the need for an RS.
I also remember there being talk a couple months ago about another RS not possible for a period of one year. Is that still legit info, or has it been debunked?
