I just sat down and was looking at the real time quotes and there were no buys or sells for 20 minutes then a buy for 25000 goes through at .041 and not even within a second the 25000 changed to a buy @ .040...Does anyone know why it does that? Was this action likely a shuffle between two MM's??? TIA
