With Bill's focus being on quick revenue (rightly so), I believe this AQ target is going to be a company that is focused more on nutraceuticals than growing weed. That's fine with me but I'm not sure the market is going to like that.
What drew me to Abattis in the first place was the potential for CSL more so than MMPR. Growing weed and competing to sell it to everyday Joe's does not seem like a great business model to me. If they bought somebody with a CSL, I would be very happy. I still think that partnership with Empirical Labs (in Colorado) plus the CSL is the light at the end of the tunnel.
This is all IMO, I have not made an effort to call the COO yet.
