They are going to have to reverse split imo. The OS is probably approaching 4 billion shares. Penny investors who don't understand the notion of market cap and sales/price ratios will do their typical overreaction but in this instance a reverse split would be a good thing provided the conversions are done. The problem is the vast majority of penny stocks do reverse splits so they can continue to convert shares on the other side and therefore the stock price gets driven right back into the ground. As a result, penny investors do not like reverse splits.
