If reader3 doesn't want to, I'll give you some good reasons why NO ONE would want to acquire AHFD...NO REVENUES, NO PROFITS, NO PRODUCTION OPERATIONS, and NO EMPLOYEES! Need any more? The only merger candidate I can think of would be some small private outfit that wants to go public on the cheap.
