If I had to guess just watching the action the last few trading days.. it seems someone is trying to lure out a big blocks or multiple blocks on the Ask around .06 by tapping the bid and keeping it down; probably so they can snag them for July; accumulating while no news and stagnate.

Otherwise its just really odd activity. July cant come quick enough lol and I'm not one to rush the summer through.
