This is really strange to me! A few days ago I was reading the Minerco Code of Ethics (http://www.minercoresources.com/ethics.html), and every time they wrote "arise" (example: "...A conflict situation can arise when a director, officer or employee takes actions or has interests that may make it difficult to perform...", they would use this trademark: "aRise™", just like that, instead of "arise", (example: "...A conflict situation can aRise™ when a director, officer or employee takes actions or has interests that may make it difficult to perform..." They used that trademark every time the word "arise" should have been used.

I have been meaning to ask the board if anyone knew what that was, because I Googled it and there's millions of "Arise" entities; and today, as I searched the Code of Ethics for the reference, it was no longer there! Anyone? Bueller?
