That's not accurate. They can still raise the available shares to 2 Billion or 3 Billion, or more. Nothing stopping them. I sent Ken and John at IR a combined 67 emails and have not heard back. I think they are working on raising the AS as the OS is maxed, there is no closing of AZ properties and they need cash so will print shares to profit.
