eps & valuation:

we have 2 acquisitions (hopefully) that according to pr made 1.85m and 2.0m net profit in 2005' lets assume they do a little better this year, each making 2.3m would equal 4.6m for full year' we should have them for 1/2 year which is 2.3m divided by 73m o/s = 0.03eps for chid...we made 0.01 in q1.= 0.04, in order to make the 0.13eps quidance from previous ceo we will have to earn 0.09 in q2/3/4...does anyone feel this is doable or too high or too low???
