Ultraflix makes a grand total of ZERO dollars from those "ads." They ripped the commercials and scaled them to help make the UF service "appear" legit. There have been TVOD/AVOD and even cable channels that used to do that back in the day to look like they're working with big agencies/clients. Let's take the Apple Watch commercial running on UF as an example. That teaser/launch Apple campaign started in March and ended once the watch launched on April 24. Yet UF still uses the launch ad - what's that tell you? No way a media agency would have booked anything with UF. And if they did, they would have swapped the launch spot back in late April, and three times since. None of that happened because no relationship exists whatsoever.

The media campaign from Apple's watch launch is long done, the media agency has moved on to the next project, and at no time was UF any part of it. God knows if there was any way Foley thought he could get away with a PR announcing advertisers, he would have done so long ago.

Again, Ultraflix makes zero dollars from YouTube ripped ads they put on their free content to appear legit. Those "advertisers" as you call them don't even have any idea UF is using them - and quite frankly, from my experience, they rarely care. Most good averts live on YouTube for years after they've actually run on booked media.

Further, there will be no mention of, demo of, hint of, sniff of, etc. anything related to Apple having partnered with UF for anything whatsoever either tomorrow at the Apple WWDC, or at anytime in the future. Book it.
