The PRs are based on the website, and the company hasn't updated it. Anyway, I don't put all the PRs in there, only the ones that seem relevant (to me). For instance, I don't include the PRs where they state Phoenix has entered an agreement to acquire anything, only the PRs that state they have completed the acquisitions. Additionally, nobody on the outside really cares about who is on the board of directors..

This way there aren't 60 PRs on the list, only a handful. The acquisitions will be done any day or hour now, so I'll put them in then.
