What 100 year old company would buy a equity stake in a company with such a shady history.

100 year old company to HJOE: we will meet you at your office.

HJOE: OK, but only 2 people from your company can come to the office as the UPS store can get very crowded at times.

Don't you think the 100 year old company would want to see audited financials?

Why would they invest in a company that is so delinquent in their SEC filings?

Some shareholders are ignoring the red flags.
