HJOE made a motion to extend discovery for 80 days - they seem to be stalling and not wanting the case adjudicated.

Also something to remember is the PLN case! HJOE has said that if they received money from that share buy back possible. HJOE moving forward in all directions.

HJOE makes lots of Twitter promises.
