Earnings drive PPSs...ECRY needs to give $ value of announced sales, gross margin %'s and the acquisition must be accretive to earnings...I cant see how it would not be...once we get that we should pop...but BIG...really BIG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
