WE NEED TO PUSH OUR CONGRESSMEN, SEC, FIRNA, LAWYERS, ETC TO FIX THIS.
5TH DIGIT TRADING SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED EITHER UNLESS RETAIL CAN DO IT. SOUNDS LIKE A MONOPOLY.
I'M SURPRISED LAWYERS ARE NOT ALL OVER THE 5TH DIGIT TRADING MONOPOLY MM'S HAVE CREATED FOR THEMSELVES.
DID THEY MAKE UP A LAW TO ALLOW 5TH DIGIT TRADING FOR SOME?
WHO CREATED IT?.
WHAT HAS CHANGED.
FOX GUARDING THE HEN HOUSE.
YEARS AGO REALTORS TRIED TO FIX A FLAT 7% COMMISSION.
LAWYERS JUMPED ALL OVER IT AND PROVED IT A MONOPOLY,
LAW SUITS FOLLOWED AND THATS WHY YOU DON'T SEE FIX COMMISSIONS TO THIS DAY.
COMPANY'S ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE A MONOPOLY.
WHY SHOULD MM'S AND BROKERS.
