The people involved were trade-washing for phantom volumes. They carried out their fraudulent activities through multiple penny stocks, most of which have absolutely ZERO to do with any type of Cannabis business. Hemp Inc is not a Defendant in the case. Charges were brought well over a year ago. Case is closed. I suspect the SEC's harsh actions and close attention will deter others from trying to conduct a similar scheme; good for the market, and shareholders.
